Ensure safe storage of corrosive Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse below 30℃ with <75% humidity. Avoid sunlight, heat, and flames. Use alkali-resistant floors and leak-proof bunds. Isolate from acids, oxidizers, flammables, and metals. Store in sealed, corrosion-resistant containers with "Corrosive Substance" labels. Wear protective gear, inspect containers for leaks. Neutralize spills with dilute acetic acid, dispose per regulations.

Due to Potassium Hydroxide's corrosive nature, follow strict protocols. Wear protective gear: gloves, goggles, face shields, and clothing. Work in a ventilated area or under a fume hood. Slowly add KOH to water, stir constantly—never add water to KOH to avoid heat and splashing. Avoid mixing with acids, oxidizers, or metals. Seal containers tightly after use. For contact, rinse skin/eyes for 15+ min and seek medical help. Dispose of waste per local regulations.
