Storing Caustic Soda Liquid (Sodium Hydroxide, NaOH) requires strict safety compliance as it is a UN 1824 Class 8 corrosive substance. Keep it in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures (over 35℃) and open flames. The warehouse and floors must be corrosion-resistant to prevent leakage. Store it separately from acids, oxidants, metals (e.g., aluminum, zinc) and food materials to avoid hazardous reactions. Use dedicated corrosion-resistant containers (IBC ton barrels, 200L HDPE barrels) with tight lids, clearly labeled with "Corrosive Dangerous Goods" and UN number. Regularly check containers for cracks or leaks. Wear protective gear when handling. In case of leakage, neutralize with dilute acid and dispose properly. Equip the storage area with emergency neutralizers and first-aid kits, and train personnel on safety protocols.

Caustic Soda Liquid is mainly exported to Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam), the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE), Africa, and Europe. When using it, wear protective gear (gloves, goggles, protective clothing) to avoid skin and eye contact. Avoid mixing with acids, oxidants and metals to prevent hazardous reactions. Operate in a well-ventilated area. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Dispose of waste liquid properly according to local environmental regulations to ensure safe and compliant use.
