Store Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse below 30℃, humidity under 75%. Avoid sunlight and heat. Floors should be alkali-resistant with spill containment. Isolate from acids, oxidizers, flammables, metals, and food. Use sealed, corrosion-resistant containers: galvanized drums for solids, HDPE barrels for liquids, labeled "Corrosive Substance". Wear protective gear, inspect containers for leaks. Neutralize spills with dilute acetic acid, dispose properly.

KOH is highly corrosive. Wear full protective gear: gloves, goggles, face shields, and clothing. Operate in ventilated areas or fume hoods. Dilute KOH into water with stirring—never add water to KOH. Avoid acids, oxidizers, metals. Seal containers after use. Rinse skin/eyes exposed to KOH with water for 15+ minutes, seek medical help. Dispose of waste per regulations.
